Shipping Policy
Farshaa Organics delivers orders across Pakistan.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed after confirmation through WhatsApp, phone call, or order details verification.
Orders placed with incomplete address, wrong phone number, or no customer confirmation may be delayed or cancelled.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
- Major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 working days
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather, strikes, high order volume, or location-based limitations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Free delivery may be available during limited-time promotions or on selected bundle offers. If a free delivery offer is active, it will be clearly mentioned on the website or checkout page.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan where courier service is available.
Customers must keep the full order amount ready at the time of delivery. The courier rider will collect payment before handing over the parcel.
Order Confirmation
For COD orders, our team may contact you on WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may not be shipped.
Courier Partner
Orders may be shipped through available courier partners, including Trax or other courier services depending on location and availability.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Farshaa Organics is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Wrong phone number
- Customer not responding
- Customer refusing the parcel
- Customer unavailable at delivery time
If the parcel is returned due to customer error, the customer may be asked to pay delivery charges again for reshipping.
Damaged Parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos or video before opening and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
